Job Position : Fire & Security Officer
Position Type : Full Time, Permanent

Responsibilities :

  • Provide general security/safety/fire patrols in the shopping complex
         & office towers.

    •
  • Conduct building/system checklist.

    •
  • Assist in crowd controls during events.

    •
  • Managing vehicular traffic at perimeters/driveways.

    •
  • Assist in traffic controls and diversions in carpark.

  • Attend to queries/complaint from tenant and public.

    •
  • Responding to fire/security alarms and incidents.

    •
  • Monitoring and supervising of contractors work.

    • Requirements :

  • Able to handle basic fire fightling equipment

    •
  • Previous police/military/SCDF or security experience preferred.

    •
  • 1 - 2 years experience in security and basic fire safety works.

    •
  • Secondary 2 or equivalent qualifications.

    Job Position : Property Officer

    Qualification :

  • Must possess a bachelor degree in engineering, mechanical engineering or      building services.

    • Job Scope :

  • Assists Head of Engineering Department to ensure daily day to day engineering      operations are carried out efficiently and smoothly.

  • Implementation of improvement to existing engineering system.

  • Oversee all the junior staff.

  • Co-ordinate all upgrading work related to Engineering within RC Complex with      relevant parties.

    • Duties and responsibilities :

  • Ensure all engineering works are carried out efficiently and within budget.

  • Ensure renewal of all term contract for maintenace at a good pricing.

  • Responsible for the Store and Maintenance Management System.

  • Manage and control a team of engineering technicians.

  • Ensure efficient use of water and electricity through initiating

  • Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment breakdown.
